Assistant Bars Manager

De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London are recruiting an Assistant Bars Manager to support and guide our team of bartenders and team leaders. Our C&B Bars team plays a key role in making sure our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our venue.
As the Assistant Bars Manager you will support the Conference & Events Manager and take a lead role in coordinating the C&B Bars team to ensure the highest standards of guest service, cleanliness and operational efficiency are met. You will also lead the C&B Bars team in driving revenue by maximising bar sales.
Your skills & experience:
- You have bar experience and have worked at a Supervisor level or above
- You are an excellent organiser, with a professional attitude and are able to delegate to others effectively.
- You enjoy managing people, motivating and developing members of the team
- You can demonstrate how you have helped to drive sales and maximise profit
- Most of all, you will share our values such as being graciously warm, demonstrating a genuine approach, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every details is considered.
- Ideally, you will also hold a Personal Licence, or you will be willing to obtain one with our support
