Chef De Partie

We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie at OBU - Harcourt Hill.

Location: Oxford Brookes University

Rate of pay: £30,000 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with some weekends (10:30am-07:00pm)

40 working weeks per year

Key responsibilities

• Run a specific part of the kitchen, making sure dishes are cooked well and meet standards
• Prepare and cook dishes following recipes, ensuring they’re consistent and look good
• Guide and support junior staff to help the kitchen run smoothly
• Keep track of supplies, order what’s needed, and make sure food is stored properly to avoid waste
