Chef De Partie

Location: Regents University, London

Rate of pay: £31,100 per annum

Working pattern: 5 over 7, working 40 hours per week - day shift only

Key responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
• Assisting with the management of health & safety
• Assisting with the management of food hygeine practices
• Managing and training any commis chefs
