Sous Chef

We are excited to be recruiting for a Sous Chef to work at Regents University. We offer a great work life balance, working Monday to Friday keeping your weekends free!

Location: London

Rate of pay: £34,000 per annum

Working pattern: This will be to work a 5 over 7 shift pattern - all day shifts

Key responsibilities

  • Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
  • Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
  • Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
  • Supervising all kitchen stations
  • Supervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
