SENIOR IT TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support for all technology related problems (e.g. IT network, NEC phone system, EPOS system, mobile phones, photocopiers, fax)
• Fix problems where possible and, where appropriate, escalate to the company’s external support partners
• Install and configure new computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Implement AV support for all events as required
• Replace / upgrade old PCs as and when necessary
• Monitor IT/AV equipment and network, daily checks etc. in conjunction with external IT support partner
• Maintain and keep tidy the server rooms
• Ad-hoc duties as required
