Key Responsibilities

• Developing engaging, creative and professional video content for regularly scheduled social media posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Coordinating social media messaging with Grantley Hall’s five F&B outlets and spa and hotel objectives
• Managing a content calendar throughout the year and inputting seasonal campaign suggestions to support the overall marketing strategy
• Capturing compelling content in the local area to help promote the destination of North Yorkshire through Grantley Hall’s website, social media channels and marketing collateral
• Analysing social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
• Working with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new menus, experiences, campaigns or other brand messages
• Coordinating social media messaging with seasonal company goals
• Supporting the marketing department with day-to-day admin tasks and marketing campaigns
• Using Adobe Suite to design marketing assets for Grantley Hall where needed
• Assisting with photoshoots and providing admin support for all media produced, i.e. editing, resizing, exporting images/videos and filing them appropriately
• Providing monthly reporting on all marketing activity as required
• Managing third-party relationships with suppliers, partners and agencies to support marketing initiatives
• Identifying new trends in marketing to ensure Grantley Hall remains at the forefront of industry developments

Key Skills, Qualities & Experience

• A degree in marketing, videography or similar preferred
• Experience in content creation, ideally for a luxury brand
• A passion for hospitality, leisure or tourism
• Excellent attention for detail to deliver a 5* product in all areas
• A strong knowledge of social media, creativity, good copywriting skills and digital marketing knowledge
• Experience editing videos and making reels
• The successful individual will be confident, self-motivated and present a professional persona in all circumstances
• A proactive approach to managing workload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) is desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
