Sous Chef

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef at LBG 10 Gresham Street.

 Location: LBG

Rate of pay: £16.00 per hour

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard and in line with the Vacherin style
• Ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available, coordinate stock ordering and stocktaking for the entire operation
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and all COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods up to date
