We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie based at Company of Cooks Webshop.

Key responsibilities

• A chef de partie's responsibilities include:
• Preparing food: Preparing, cooking, and presenting food for their station
• Managing staff: Supervising and training commis chefs and demi-chef de parties
• Maintaining kitchen standards: Ensuring food hygiene and health and safety standards are met
• Controlling costs: Monitoring portion and waste control to stay within budget
• Helping develop menus: Working with the sous chef and head chef to create new dishes and menus
• Keeping the kitchen clean: Depending on the kitchen's size, they may need to clean the kitchen after and between meals
