Kitchen Manager

Key responsibilities

• Supervising the daily back-of-house restaurant operations. You will report directly to the Executive Head Chef and support the senior chef team, the General Manager and the Commercial Manager. 
• You will be responsible for key tasks in the multiple kitchen operation spaces including HSE compliance, staffing levels and recipe system implementation. 
• You will liaise with onsite finance team with their invoice processes, stock and cost control whilst also overseeing the food delivery and goods-in team.

Experience as a Chef or a Kitchen Manager is not a prerequisite, as most responsibilities will be back of house. However, a good knowledge and understanding of the procedures and operational running of a kitchen or hospitality operation.
