Head of Business Excellence

Vacherin are London’s specialist contract caterer. Our purpose is to bring people and businesses closer together through food – nurturing meaningful relationships vital for success. As the business continues to experience sustained organic growth, we are excited to be recruiting for a Head of Business Excellence to work throughout our client portfolio.

Location: Vacherin Business Portfolio
Rate of pay: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum(dependent on experience)
Working pattern: Monday - Friday 

You will be…

• Leading client-facing retention, ensuring Vacherin is delivering on its contractual agreements but also providing a personal level of service that goes far beyond these.
• Conducting strategic ‘fresh eyes‘ reviews of contracts – providing clear strategies for continuous improvement in line with the account development plan.
• Establishing operational centres of excellence within the existing business portfolio.
• Overseeing new business mobilisations, ensuring a seamless transition from tender process to operational reality, ultimately setting contracts up for success.
