Chef De Partie

Location: Foster + Partners, Battersea

Rate of pay: £35,000 per annum

Working pattern: Monday - Thursday, 40hrs, 11:00 - 21:30

Key responsibilities

• To cook and deliver evening menu for 150 customers with support from chef manager
• Ensure smooth service working closely with FOH Manager
• Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standards
• To present dinner at required standards and communicate with customers and colleagues in professional manner
