Head Chef Monday- Thursday

We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef at Phoenix Group - Wythall.

Location: Phoenix Group

Rate of pay: £14.42-£15.38 per hour

Working pattern: 32 hours per week, Monday - Thursday

This is a Temporary role, circa 6 months

Key responsibilities

• Managing a busy kitchen for a key client, including breakfast, lunch and hospitality services

  • Full responsibility for menu costings, achieving budgeted GP, revenue generation and cost management

  • Ensuring all food safety and H&S compliance is met consistently to ensure a safe working environment at all times

  • Managing and developing a kitchen team to provide an exceptional level of quality and consistency
