Come as join us as a Sous Chef working at our brand new,exclusive contract for an insurance company in the heart of Houndsditch. This will be a fully renovated greenfield site offering on trend staff dining , barista coffee and extensive client hospitality. We need a real foody!
Key responsibilities
• To ensure that food preparation, production and service is of a high standard and meets with customer satisfaction.
• To keep within company standards regarding the quality, quantity, consistency, presentation and delivery of all meals/dishes.
• To deputise duty kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef/Chef Manager.
• To ensure food offer is produced within necessary cost controls, as directed by the Chef/ Manager.
