Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef to work in a large and impressive full staff restaurant catering for Gatwick airport's huge workforce. Our team are on site from 7-3pm daily, 7 days per week, to ensure the busy airport workforce have all the fuel they need to keep the airport running efficiently!

The Sous Chef will be required to work 5 out of 7 days including alternative weekends starting at 7am and finishing at 3:30pm.

Key responsibilities

• Food prodcution to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
• Ordering & Stock taking to support chef manager
• Desiging weekly menus
• Supporting with staff managment
• Assisting is running the staff restaurant in managers leave
