Location: London
Rate of pay: £35,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours
Key responsibilities
- being able working on their own, directing food preparation
- perfect knowladge of F&S, PPDS and allergens
- creativity in the design of food and drinks
- assisting in menu planning
- ensuring quality of presentation
- stock taking
- good ordering and wastage practice
