Bar Manager - New Opening

We are excited to be recruiting for a Bars Manager to work with us on a brand new opening based in Hoxton.

About the role:
We have a brand-new site opening that will accommodate breakfast and lunch cafe style bookings throughout the day before serving small plates and drinks into the evening until 11pm. The restaurant will seat 120 covers. The position will involve working a 5 over 7 shift pattern.

We're seeking a Bar Manager to join our passionate, dynamic and fun front of house team, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, managing floor staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory and supplies, and implementing training programs. You will take ownership of the beverage department and also be expected to manage certain restaurant shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Working alongside the GM to ensure a fresh, diverse and exciting wine list, spirts and cocktail menu and soft drinks list
• Ensuring all beverages are served to the highest standards
• Maintaining appropriate stock levels of all wet stock including ordering and monthly inventory
• Helping drive wet led sales and educate all FOH staff on new products and price changes
• Responsible for achieving set margins and GP’s.
• Attending appropriate trade tastings
• Manage floor shifts when required
