Sous Chef - Part time

 Location: Senate House

Rate of pay: £16.68 per hour, 12 hours per week

Working pattern: One day per week either a Saturday or a Sunday

Key responsibilities

• Production of a brunch and evening dinner service for up to 250 covers
• Overseeing service
• Duty lead
• Managing allergens and food safety system
