Head Bartender

We are excited to be recruiting for a Head Bartender based at Southbank Centre Now Members.

Location: SE1 8XX
Rate of pay: £16.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 (9:00am-11:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing attentive hospitality to guests
• Ensure that all drinks leaving the bar is to specification and to standards at all times
• Ensure the team are knowledgeable in products offered and that the bar is kept well maintained, stocked, tidy
• Stock control responsibilities required, and needs to be flexible and not be afraid to leave the bar to tend to guests on the floor if/when required
• Experience in cocktail bars, ideally high volume is essential
