Chef De Partie

We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie for Airfield in Airfield

 Location: Airfield, D14 W2F2

Rate of pay: €34,000 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday. Working 5 days and off for 2 days

Key responsibilities

• Excellent problem solving and working well under pressure
• HACCP certified and excellent hygiene standards
• Excellent organisational skills, a focus on anti food waste and stock rotaation 
• Ideally have a background in a fine dining establishment focusing on a high standard of classic cookery
• A passion for seasonal local farm produce
• Self motivating and a drive to learn and progress in the kitchen
