We are excited to be recruiting for a Bartenders and Bar Staff to work with us at The Southbank Centre where we have 2 exciting new levels opening that will operate from 10am to 11pm each day serving a mix of small plates, cocktails, wines and spirits.

Location: SE1 8XX
Shift Pattern: 5/7 days per week, 0 hour contract – 8 hour shifts between the hours of 10am and 11pm – latest finish
Salary: £14.00-£15.50 per hour – depending on experience

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and take drink orders
• Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area
• Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes
• Ensure attention to the detail and presentation of each order
