We are excited to be recruiting for a Sous Chef based at Tiltyard Cafe.

You Will Be

• Assisting the Head Chef in the organisation and management of the kitchen and deputises in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Responsible for the provision of quality seasonal food in a contemporary style in line with the CH&CO brand whilst maintaining all standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety.
• Contributes to the achievement of all budgetary targets and provides high standards of customer service. To work on a shift basis as required by the business
