Front/Back of House Assistant

We are excited to be recruiting for a Front of House Assistant based at Southbank Centre Café.

Key responsibilities:

• Collecting and washing glassware and cleaning up the café/bar area.
• Replacing beer kegs and liquor bottles. Re-stock both bar/café areas.
• Refilling ice bins.
• Tidy up tables and chairs, counters, and other cafe/bar areas.
• Running food and clearing plates.
• Collect empty glasses and bottles.
• Restock the café/bar with straws, coasters, napkins, clean crockery…
• Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
• Remove trash and wipe down drink spills.
• Moping and sweeping back/front areas.
• Clean rags throughout the shift.
• Assist the rest of the members of staff during rush hours.
• Taking out the trash and recycling throughout the service.
• Cleaning glasses, cutlery and dishes.
