Commis Chef

We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Commis Chef to work at Events CPU.

Location: SW19 8UH
Rate of pay: £16.00 per hour

Key responsibilities

• Desire to cook with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• Plan menus and prepare food in order to minimise wastage
• To understand and comply with statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP
• Take pride in what you do and have fun doing it!
