Barista

We are currently recruiting for a Barista at YBS Yorkshire Drive.

Location: Yorkshire Building Society

Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities

• You will be passionate about Customer service, and delivering a 5* experience for our guests - Every time!
• Coffee is key, you are creative and obsessed by delivering the perfect pour.
• Making barista drinks to recipe, ensuring costings are followed
• Ensure espresso recipe is in use for all espresso types
• Serving customers on the till as well as from the coffee machine
• Preparing and serving well-crafted specialty coffee drinks
• Taking orders, explaining menu items, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintaining cleanliness and handling customer transactions
• Following daily HACCP and cleaning forms
• Occasionally helping in the restuaunt and on hospitality events
• Team work makes the dream work - you will be a real team player, willing to go above and beyond for your colleagues
