Premier Crew- Back of House Coordinator

£37,000-£40,000 per annum

London

Vacherin is a contract catering company based in London. we provide a range of services including Corporate Catering, Fine Dining, Event Management and Front of House services, with clients across various sectors, including finance, law, media and education. The BOH Premier Crew team employees up to 100 people, both on Full-time and casual Contracts – our key goal is support our 80 London based contracts with the best Chefs, offering a Premier Service. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality or culinary who also possesses an eye for recruitment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in successfully managing a large team on a daily basis.

Rate of pay: £37,000-£40,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday

 

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinating with Hiring Managers/ Head Chefs to identify staffing needs, permanent or casual basis.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Forecast Quarterly hiring needs.
  • Design job description and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, Teams interviews, and in-person interviews.
  • Request feedback from Site Manager’s and Head Chefs within candidates first week, as well as Feedback from the Candidate.
  • Communication: ability to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing.
  • Customer service: The ability to provide excellent service by listening to clients' needs.
  • Time management: prioritize and manage tasks – multitasking.
  • Problem-solving: decision-making, ability to solve problems proactively in a demanding environment.
  • Management Skills: ability to manage and lead a team. Confident in HR processes, including performance management and Training and Development
