Catering Assistant- SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ONLY. TERM TIME ONLY

We are CH&CO, we’re proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare and present. We are recruiting for a Catering Assistant to work at Cottesmore School.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY- 12 hours per week

Responsible for washing up and disposal of waste.
Responsible for some aspects of food service and preparation to customers
Expected to complete duties in the kitchen and service areas as directed that are necessary to ensure an efficient, hygienic service is provided
Required to clean, wash, dry and polish all kitchen equipment and service items by hand or machine in an efficient manner.
Able to transport all food items, cleaning materials and laundry from the delivery area to kitchen store-rooms and to kitchen preparation areas as required
Asked to maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers at the relevant site.
