Sous Chef

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for Primark, Mary Street in Primark Stores Limited (Dublin)

Location: Primark, Mary Street

Rate of pay: €17.50 per hour 

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities

• Preparing dishes for breakfast and lunch service from start to finish.
• To ensure the mise en place is ready in time for service and appropriate for forecasted business levels
• To assist with food deliveries and ensure measures are undertaken for this to be done hygienically and safely.
• To ensure that all measures are taken to keep food waste to a minimum
• Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen and other areas of operation to ensure any tasks have been completed as agreed.
• Keeping the kitchen environmennt safe and hygienic through cleaning and good practice in line with HACCP.
• Ensure that grooming standards are adhered to as per Gather & Gather policy.
