Cafe / Retail Chef De Partie

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the cafe sous chef with creative food for our cafe - Mon -Fri (Breakfast & Lunch)
• You will be expected to help the head chef with hospitality if required - Outside of cotracted hours this will be paid OT
• Must be comfortable being customer facing during lunch period
• Client has a key focus on sistainability so would be great if you have similar passion to reduce wastage
