We are excited to be recruiting for a Barista based at Southbank Centre Café.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter.
• Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients.
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios).
• Making drinks accurately and in line with a customer’s order. You’ll have to ensure you adhere to your coffee shop’s recipe and make the drink in line with your customer’s specific requirements. A great coffee starts with a great espresso, and if preparing a coffee-based drink, you’ll need to follow some essential steps to create the perfect espresso.
• Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins.
