We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie based at Southbank Centre Now Members.

Location: SE1 8XX
Rate of pay: £13.15-£15.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 (7:00-22:00)

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and run a particular section of the kitchen ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and in a timely manner
• Guide and support commis chefs and other kitchen team members, making sure they use the right cooking techniques and follow safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure the station is properly stocked, organised, and clean, and manage the preparation and presentation of food during service
• Take charge of your section during peak hours, working closely with the team to ensure orders are prepared quickly and to a high standard of quality and presentation
