Chef De Partie

We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie at Phoenix Group - Telford.

Location: Phoenix Group

Rate of pay: £27,040 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Cooking of Breakfast, Lunch and Preparing Salad Bars, using approved recipes for a busy workplace unit.
• Following company Due Dilligence and procedures at all times.
• Assisting with ordering, stock taking and following stock rotation,
• Setting up and maintaining Hot counters during service.
