To support the ongoing growth and success of our brand, a new opportunity has arisen for an Innovation and Engagement Manager to join our team to focus on the Tik Tok account based in London. This position is a Monday to Friday role, all sociable hours for 40 hours per week.
Innovation & Engagement Manager - Responsibilities:
• Overseeing all aspects of marketing & communication across four London locations.
• Implementing and driving the contract’s Marketing & Communication strategy.
• Implement an innovative approach to all marketing events and pop ups.
• Working alongside the General Manager to ensure planning & smooth delivery of all events.
• Liasing with the client(s) regarding all events and communications.
• Researching catering trends and ensuring we are leading the marketplace in catering innovation.
• Attend all client meetings and provide updates on all Innovation / Communications strategy.
• Link between G&G, TIK TOK and CPU on all food matters.
• Leading customer facing food forums, driving and implementing change.
• Auditing site standards and implementing and managing SOP’s across all sites.
Innovation & Engagement Manager – Requirements / Key Skills:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Culinary background preferred but not essential.
• Good knowledge of social media and current trends and the ability to bring that into the role.
• Ability to coordinate special events and catering functions the client may require.
• The ability to introduce, innovate and change catering offers ensuring contract retention.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and management skills.
• Decision making skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of food hygiene including allergens, hazard analysis and critical control points and food preparation.
• A clear understanding of ‘what great looks likes’
