Chef De Partie

We are looking for a Chef De Partie, to work in one of our newest contracts, set in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells. This is a busy site with circa 600 people on site daily. A very busy staff restaurant but with plenty of hospitality events to keep our on site team busy too!

This role is a Monday to Friday opportunity working 7am - 3:30pm.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the Chef Manager with provision of hospitality & staff Café offer predominantly breakfast and salad bar.
• Helping to plan menus and implement new catering innovations.
• Adhering to Food Safety & all industry Health & Safety regulations and standards.
• Supporting with evening events Fully paid overtime where approved by manager.
• Researching catering trends and ensuring we are leading the market place in catering innovation.
• Liaising with clients as and when required.
