Relief Chef

We are looking for a talented Relief Chef to work full time Mon - Friday 7am - 3:30pm (some weekends maybe required), this is for a number of our clients in the North area. You will act as a relief/floating chef across a number of our clients, providing relief as and when needed for holiday, training or sickness cover. Area's covered Stafford, Manchester, Worksop, Telford, Coventry. Must be creative and able to maintain high standards of consistency and reliability, and be experienced enough to deal with different kitchens and teams - being a team -player is essential. Having a vehicle for this role is a requirement.

Having a car is essential for the role, millage will be paid!

• Covering gaps and absences in staff resturants across the north.
• Ensuring a consistent service.
• Experienced in covering kitchens that you may have never visited before.
• Liaise with clients and customers.
• Assisting in developing weekly menus.
