Executive Chef - New Opening

We are excited to be recruiting for an Executive Chef for a new opening we have coming up. We are looking for an experienced Chef who can lead a team of 25 to run a brand-new site which will cater for events up to 200 people whilst also servicing several restaurants within that will provide a mix of fine dining dishes and contemporary British small plates. We are looking for a commercially minded chef who has worked within multi-faceted operations previously. This position will involve working a 5 over 7 shift pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the kitchen operations within this large multifaceted site

• Creating a variety of dishes to serve across all outlets within the site and for events

• Responsible for budget forecasting and setting targets

• Leading, training and developing a team of chefs

Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for an experienced executive chef who was worked within a variety of hospitality operations including Michelin star restaurants, high street restaurants and within events
• Commercial ability, experience working in large sites with turnovers of £10million+
• Previous experience with new openings of large sites
