The Opportunity

Are you an experienced and motivated individual with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a dynamic Leisure Club Supervisor to lead our team and ensure our guests enjoy every moment at our club.

What You'll Do:

Lead the Way: Oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and keep our club in top-notch condition.
Inspire and Motivate: Provide leadership and direction to our team, ensuring they are engaged and enthusiastic.
Deliver Excellence: Offer exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns with a smile.
Grow Our Community: Assist in developing and implementing exciting marketing campaigns to attract new members.
Stay Connected: Conduct regular staff meetings to keep everyone informed and aligned with club policies.
Ensure Safety: Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the wellbeing of guests and staff.
Build the Team: Help recruit and train new staff members, fostering a supportive environment.
Report and Improve: Provide insightful reports to the Leisure Club Manager on club performance and guest feedback.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working in a leisure club or similar environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• A good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.

Hotel

The Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton is ideally located just off Junction 1 of the M32, close to the University of the West of England Bristol (UWE) and MOD Abbeywood.
