Welfare Cleaner
JRL Group / Midgard ltd are looking for an experienced Welfare Cleaner to work on a construction site in Luton. This position is available to start on Monday 23rd March 2026 and we have long term work available of up to 18 months on this project.
Please be advised that we would require a CSCS Card or Certificate as the works are on a construction site. Payment is on a self-employed basis so we would also require a UTR Number for payment.

JOB DUTIES
- Cleaning on a new build construction site. wekfare cleaning of site offices, canteen, toilets.
- 7:30am - 5:30pm with 1hr break (9hrs worked per day)
- £120.00 per day paid on a self employed basis
- CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees)
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Welfare Cleaner
- CSCS Card or Certificate required
- UTR Number required for self-employed payment
- Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK
