An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of JRL Group's key divisions; Trent Precast Concrete Ltd.
The JRL Group is a highly successful, privately owned, national construction group head quartered in North London. With a turnover of in excess of £360m, the business is currently experiencing growth and as such seeks to strengthen our Precast team.
Trent Precast specializes in the manufacture and delivery of structural precast concrete units based in the heart of the country in Nottingham.
The JRL Group are looking for a cleaner to be based on our sites in Colwick. Suitable applicants should have proven experience working on busy construction/factory sites.
We are able to offer a long term position, guaranteed hours per week and competitive rates of pay with no agency involvement.
Duties will include:
- Cleaning of all areas.
- Emptying bins and transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Using electric powered scrubbing and polishing machines.
- Replenishment of soaps, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
- Cleaning kitchen areas and both male and female toilets.
Should be able to provide the following:
- Valid right to work in The UK.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- References on request.
