The Opportunity
Are you looking for a truly flexible role where you can make a difference? We're seeking a General Assistant to ensure all facilities services at our property are provided effectively and efficiently. You'll also be the initial point of contact for key stakeholders and external multi-agencies.
What You'll Do:
- Support Operations: Provide support to ensure all facilities services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner.
- Be the Go-To Person: Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders and external multi-agencies.
- Ensure Safety: Demonstrate a high level of security awareness and knowledge of Health & Safety at all times.
- Respond to Needs: Be the first point of call for facilities services, responding to reactive cleaning and maintenance as required.

Ideal Candidate
- Accurate, diligent, self-motivated, focused, and reliable.
- Previous experience in H&S and security would be desirable
- A collaborative working spirit that enhances and builds effective working relationships both internally and externally.
- Possess a communication style that allows positive and open dialogue with users and multi-agencies.
- An ability to anticipate expectations and resolve issues.
- The ability to remain calm when in pressurised situations
