You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all guest areas, including guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards, and always ensuring that service levels are exceptional. Your role will involve servicing hotel bedrooms and public areas to company standards and within allocated time frames. You will be familiar with agreed cleaning standards and presentation of all room categories and report any damages or breakages promptly to ensure repairs are carried out. You will also be responsible for returning all equipment to their allotted storerooms at the end of each working day and keeping the storerooms and working areas clean and tidy Benefits
