  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within luxury lifestyle hospitality or a comparable relationship-led sector.
  • Strong track record in groups, meetings and events, and agency-driven business, with an established network of key contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop proactive sales teams, driving both performance and accountability.
  • Commercially astute, with experience negotiating high-value contracts, partnerships, and multi-year agreements.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insight into actionable sales plans and revenue growth.
  • Confident senior relationship builder, comfortable operating at executive and agency level.
  • Experienced in managing multi-segment sales strategy across corporate, MICE, leisure, and entertainment markets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated results.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced London market, with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Passionate about lifestyle hospitality, design-led brands, and delivering commercially successful, experience-driven propositions.
