The Opportunity

LGH Hotels Management on behalf of Revision UK, which is a rapidly expanding buy-to-rent residential investment fund, is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Accountant.

As a key player in the early development of our management entity, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and financial framework of this exciting new enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough balance sheet reconciliations to verify the accuracy of reported figures.
  • Performing bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and bank statements agree with our records.
  • Analyse the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to provide insights into financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage supplier payments, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Record financial transactions through general journals, maintaining detailed and organized records.

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent.
  • Ideally with experience as a financial accountant in a similar industry.
  • Previous experience using Property Management Software - Yardi UK would be desirable
  • Must be an excellent communicator and have good written communication skills.
  • High personal standards with a requisite to detail, accuracy, and presentation.
  • Highly analytical with proven planning and analysis skills.
  • Self-starter with high personal drive, and the ability to work alone when needed.
