Your Role
As Assistant F&B Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our bars, restaurants, and in-room dining experiences. You’ll support the F&B Manager in leading a passionate team, ensuring every plate, pour, and interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and individuality.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth, stylish service.
  • Inspire and support a team of hosts, servers, bartenders, and chefs.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and performance development.
  • Collaborate on menus, promotions, and guest experiences that surprise and delight.
  • Step up as acting manager when needed—because you’ve got the confidence and capability.

  • Previous experience in management role in a luxury or lifestyle F&B setting.
  • A hands-on, guest-first approach with a flair for service and storytelling.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
