Finance and IT Support Apprentice
Base Camp, Amersham
Contract: Apprenticeship
Salary: £20,000-£23,000
We are looking for an apprentice to join our team, looking after all things IT!
As we are a small team, the successful person will work across our central team, leading on IT and supporting with some finance tasks. The role is diverse and cover a range of responsibilities, starting with some basic tasks allowing you to grow in the role.
Core responsibilites include:
- Keep asset tags up to date
- Organise PAT Testing as required
- Maintain IT equipment in office – keeping track of spares, cables etc so they can be effectively used
- Support our business with basic IT questions
- Set up Yodecks / tablets / profile laptops
- Maintain password files for on-site systems
- Set up new users
- Asset tagging
- Setting up new pcs
- Rebuilding PCs
- Installing Yodecks
- Building tablets and issuing IT equipment
Finance Support
- Process the weekly expenses
- Reconcile company credit cards for accounts
- Get Approval & Code invoices as required
- Allocate Supplier credits against invoice in prep. for Xero payment runs
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements
General Duties
- Support with mobilisations
- Creating mobilisation boxes from scratch
- Communicating with operations managers to ensure they have what they need, for the correct dates
- Print, laminate, create folders and ensure each location has the correct printing for opening
- Order labels, stickers and box up for sites
- Support with the delivery of boxes for mobilisations
- Set up Culinera offices in new locations
- Assist on site with kitchen and office set up
