The Opportunity

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be the eyes and energy behind the scenes—supporting the team, maintaining standards, and ensuring every room and public area reflects the elegance and excellence our guests expect.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Conduct room and area inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet 5-star standards.
  • Support, train, and motivate room attendants and housekeeping staff.
  • Manage stock levels of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Step up as acting Assistant Head Housekeeper when required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a guest-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • A calm, confident presence and a commitment to high standards.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
