The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.
Ideally, you’ll already have the following Key Experience
• You have proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• You have a winning mentality, commercial awareness and integrity.
• You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
• You will need to have experience working towards targets and be confident to demonstrate how you analyse, track and report your performance.
• You will have a high level of English and be IT literate with good numerical skills.

As a National Account Manager you’ll be an ambitious self-starter, passionate about maximising sales opportunities, so the business achieves its commercial goals. You will act as an ambassador, promoting our brands, formats and channels to existing and potential clients, always on the look-out for new opportunities to drive sales and for more people to enjoy our restaurants and kiosks.
You will nurture and develop opportunities in order to drive revenue nationally as well as from local and regional markets. You will utilise sales and marketing tactics effectively to drive demand during need periods. This will be primarily through proactively increasing the share and profitability of existing accounts and securing new business across all market segments, by researching and targeting business in competitor venues, both locally and nationally.

Key Accountabilities:
• You will own and deliver the sales strategy for all brands, formats and channels.
• You will develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance revenue streams and maximise profitability through creating compelling customer experiences.
• You will implement and continuously review the sales plan, ensuring it remains competitive and innovative in the market.
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bookings team and platform, ensuring sales and conversion targets are hit to maximise sales.
• You will stay updated with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a leading edge.
• You will utilise your analytical skills to forecast activity revenues accurately, preparing detailed reports and providing insights for informed decision-making.
• You will work closely with the Operations Teams on the channel sales strategy to drive bookings & achieve target KPIs.
• You will proactively seek new business opportunities and build relations targeting key partners and markets such as corporate and students.
• You will develop and manage a corporate database, to build and maintain an enquiry pipeline.
• You will identify and foster strategic partnerships and collaborations as well as build relationships with our current partners such as, Uniday's, Bluelight, shopping centres, key partners (e.g. Tesco, Selfridges, Heathrow).
• You will recognise guest trends to maximise sales through average transaction value (ATV) and lifetime value (LTV) to drive our brand frequency metrics. Engaging fully with the business in order to positively influence revenue in all areas.
• You will lead the community marketing strategy & local buzz marketing plan through enticing promotions & bringing exciting must-do instore events to life e.g. Sushi School, BingYO!
• You will work with the marketing team to ensure all trading initiatives are built into the content calendar, so they get the right amplification at the right time across organic and paid media.
• You will develop tactical marketing packages and toolkits such as: community, opening, sparkle, instore events, competitor opening, reactive activity after a crisis toolkits as examples. You will work with the Brand team to create an ordering portal teams can call these off from.
• You will create gifts and experiences on our online shop, driving our ecommerce platform so we maximise annual sales.
• You will work with the Operations Team to identify focus sites who meet the criteria for additional sales activity.
• You will create a process to manage all localised marketing requests, actioning those that can demonstrate an ROI from conception through to execution, working with Operations Teams to deliver this.
• You will work with the brand team to design of all tactical and community marketing assets and toolkits.
• You will support the Restaurant Brand and Marketing Executive with opening and sparkle launch sales initiatives.
• You will be responsible for pricing all promotional activity, so we deliver sales, profitably.
• You will work to budget and ensure resources are allocated optimally to achieve desired ROIs. This includes financial comprehension of the restaurant's budget and P&L.
• You will work with commercial finance to deliver weekly and monthly sales reporting with analysis of performance and actionable campaign wrap reports.
• You will lead, inspire, and manage sales team.
• You will support the wider Team to drive engagement through marketing comms both internally and externally with current and future partners.
