The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (IT) with a strong data analysis, data migration and a background to support a complex global change programme. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in problem solving, business analysis, data migration, testing, and data analysis, ensuring the smooth implementation of strategic initiatives.
Experience in working with Microsoft Business Central ERP would be beneficial, as would a background of working with Finance Data (AP, AR, Purchasing, etc).
The ability to adapt and embrace opportunities to help solve problems and form solutions is key to the role, as subsequent change programme activity will help to build the business analysis discipline within the organisation. We’re looking for a hands on B.A. who is able to identify an area that requires analysis and work with stakeholders and partners to find solutions that are both tactical and strategic and present findings and outcomes to stakeholders and peers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Governance: Ensure compliance with governance requirements and internal policies. Develop and maintain governance frameworks to support the change programme.
- Business Data Migration from legacy systems to cloud based ERP.
- Testing: Develop test plans, test cases, test data and execute testing activities. Ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards through to defect triage, bug tracking and supporting during hypercare.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes. Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings.
Base Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a financial accounting context.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with global change programmes.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
