Bartender

The Blue Posts is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team on Rupert Street.

You’ll be

• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of a busy service.
• Passionate about detailed hospitality and guest experience with a commitment to high-standards. Warm for customers as soon as they walk through the door is key – you’ll build a rapport with locals, newcomers, guests of our other venues and London tourists alike.
• An experienced bartender with previous job roles in a similar pub environment. Previous experience with cocktails is not essential but very desirable.
• Curious and eager to learn all there is to know about our diverse range of regularly changing craft beers, spirits and wines by the glass and bottle.
• An English speaker to a high working proficiency.
