Salary: Up to £16/hour

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join us for our most ambitious project to date at The Barbary Notting Hill!
You’ll be:

  • A passionate and experienced professional who thrives amidst the hustle and bustle of a high-energy kitchen environment. Working in The Barbary Notting Hill's open kitchen, from the Robata grill to the Gozney oven, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant culinary adventure.
  • A dedicated team player. Our kitchen staff pride themselves on their close-knit camaraderie and commitment to excellence. You'll contribute to daily ingredient preparations and line maintenance while ensuring the highest quality control.
  • A culinary enthusiast keen to learn and grow. Under the tutelage of our Head Chef Daniel Alt, you'll further develop your understanding of North African cuisine and ingredients like sumac, za'atar, ras-el-hanout, amba, mahaleb, and more.
  • A vibrant personality ready to engage with our guests. You'll be part of creating the electric atmosphere that defines us, interacting with diners from your section and contributing to the overall restaurant experience.

The Restaurant
We bring the Barbarian experience to the Notting Hill neighbourhood with the iconic Barbary horseshoe kitchen counter, the beloved elemental cooking of The Barbary and a dedicated cocktail bar.
