Cocktail Bartender Part-time

We are looking for experienced Bartenders to join us on a part-time basis on our most ambitious project to date at The Barbary Notting Hill!

You’ll be

• A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service. The Barbary Notting Hill bar team works from our dedicated cocktail bar, interacting with our guests as part of their Barbarian experience.
• An accomplished bartender with experience working in a quality restaurant environment. You’ll have previous floor experience and be comfortable with getting stuck in and supporting the waiters during a busy service.
• Have a solid level of wine knowledge, be comfortable with classic cocktails and eager to assist Ash, our Bar Manager, on developing the ever-evolving Barbary cocktail list. Original creations from our Bartenders have become firm favourites at our sister sites!
• An English speaker to a high working proficiency.

We bring the Barbarian experience to the Notting Hill neighbourhood with the iconic Barbary horseshoe kitchen counter, the beloved elemental cooking of The Barbary and a dedicated cocktail bar.
